Terms
A 50% deposit is required when placing your order. The remaining balance must be paid before the order is shipped from our workshop. Work on your order will begin once the deposit has been cashed.

Payment methods
Credit card
Visa and MasterCard are accepted and may be used when ordering by Internet, fax, email or phone. When placing your order, Alter Ego Productions Graphiques will obtain both the deposit and a pre-authorization from the credit card company for the balance remaining on your order. The remaining balance will be debited from your credit card on the date your order is shipped. In the case where a credit is due, we will credit the same credit card as the one used to pay your account.

Certified cheque
Alter Ego Productions Graphiques accepts certified cheques and money orders as valid methods of payment. Personal cheques are not accepted. Business cheques are accepted as long as the company has a valid account with Alter Ego Productions Graphiques.

Bank transfers
Alter Ego Productions Graphiques accepts bank transfers as a valid method of payment for amounts over $4000.00. If you wish to settle your account by bank transfer, please contact Alter Ego Productions Graphiques at 450-975-4545 or 1-866-975-4545 for more information.

Sales tax
Alter Ego Productions Graphiques purchases include applicable sales taxes according to the origin and date of shipment. Proof of purchase includes all applicable sales taxes.

Proofreading
Alter Ego Productions Graphiques is not responsible for typographical errors or misprints. These remain entirely the customer’s responsibility upon approval of the prototype.

Shipping options
Alter Ego Productions Graphiques provides ground delivery on all orders, at no additional cost. Orders shipped by ground should arrive within 8 to 12 business days from the date of shipment. If you prefer a faster means of delivery, you may choose a more accelerated method at an additional cost (currently offered by Federal Express and affiliated carriers). Shipping fees are determined according to the total weight of the order. Express orders should arrive within 3 to 6 business days from the date of shipment.

Alter Ego Productions Graphiques reserves the right to change any of its policies or prices at any time and without notice.
